Battery Management Systems Engineer & Hil (4+Yrs)

We are seeking a hands-on engineer responsible for end-to-end validation of battery systems, including cell testing, module/system-level validation, and HIL-based simulation.The role requires strong expertise in electrical, software, and environmental testing of battery systems.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform validation and verification of BMS systems at cell, module, and pack levelDevelop and execute HIL test setups for BMS and ECU validationConduct cell-level testing including performance, lifecycle, and safety validationPerform environmental testing (thermal, vibration, humidity, shock)Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and validation reportsAnalyze test data and identify issues, root causes, and improvementsWork with tools like CANalyzer, CANoe, CANape, LabVIEW, MATLAB/SimulinkSupport system integration, debugging, and troubleshooting activitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, software, systems)
