Battery Mechanical Engineer

Job description

Your Missions:

• Lead battery structure design projects, managing the entire development process from concept to mass production


• Develop battery pack layout, module division, and housing topology to meet collision, thermal management, and vehicle integration requirements


• Prepare 3D designs and 2D engineering drawings for battery PACK mechanical components (housing, brackets, E-Box, harness, cooling plate, sealing systems), including fastener and material selection, dimension chain, GD&T, and DFM/DFA reviews


• Conduct structural, modal, fatigue, and crash simulations using Abaqus, Nastran, LS-Dyna; benchmark against test results and optimize iteratively
