Battery Module Maintenance Lead – Production & Team Leader

BMW Group in San Luis Potosí seeks a Maintenance Team Leader to ensure the ramp-up of Battery Module production. You will lead a team of technicians, oversee production processes, and manage ongoing improvements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in engineering and over 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in automotive. Fluent English is mandatory for this role.
