Job Summary
This position serves as the strategic technical owner for end‑to‑end battery pack design, development, validation, and manufacturing. The role integrates system architecture, requirements engineering, customer engagement, and program management into a single leadership function. The individual will drive cross‑functional alignment across internal cell development, product design, validation engineering, quality, and external pack‑house partners to ensure seamless delivery of high‑performance, manufacturable, and reliable battery solutions.
