                    A leading automotive manufacturer in Mexico is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to oversee the ramp-up of Battery Module production. The successful candidate will lead a team of Maintenance technicians, ensuring quality, cost control, and resource management. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and at least 3 years of industrial maintenance or project management experience. Fluent English and strong leadership skills are essential.
