Battery Swap Station Technician

About the Role The Battery Swap Station Technician is responsible for maintaining the performance, safety, and reliability of Electrum’s battery swap stations.

This role performs regular inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and software systems to ensure stations operate smoothly and customers experience minimal downtime.

You will play a critical role in keeping the battery swap network running efficiently — combining hands-on technical skill, preventive maintenance discipline, and customer service awareness.

What You Will Do Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on battery swap station equipment to ensure consistent operational uptime.

Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical, mechanical, and software systems at the station.

Execute battery replacement procedures , including safely removing defective batteries and installing functional units.
