Job Description

  Baylor RN   Home Care  
   Responsibilities: 
 Initial Start of Care and visits for Hospice agency
 Friday, Saturday, Sunday 32 hours. Full time salary
 Coverage area includes New Haven and Fairfield counties
   Requirements: 
 A Registered Nurse with current Connecticut License
 2+ years clinical experience including acute care
 hospice agency experience required
 Compassion and integrity
 Associates or Bachelors Degree from an accredited college required.
