Job Description
Pursue a meaningful career with Bayshore HealthCare as a Registered Nurse concentrating on Wound, Ostomy & Continence (NSWOC) in the Chatham-Kent area. This role is dedicated to providing compassionate nursing care tailored for each client's needs.
You’ll utilize your clinical expertise to deliver the highest quality care while fostering a respectful and kind environment. The position includes client visits in both community settings and through virtual means. Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, but occasional flexibility may be needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized wound care and management
• Conduct assessments for creating effective care plans
• Perform debridement and other specialized treatments
• Utilize virtual consults when required
• Ensure precise documentation for clinical services
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with valid licensure
• Certification as NSWOC/Enterostomal Therapist
• Debridement Certification necessary
