Job Title: Assistant BBQ Grilling Server (Part-time)

Weekday Rate: $18/hour

Weekend Rate: $21/hour

Schedule: Minimum 3 days/week, 27 hours/week minimum, up to 35 hours/week

Overall Job Objectives:

The Assistant Tableside BBQ Grilling Server is mainly responsible for preparing and grilling foods to meet specific customer preferences, and required to handle minimal tasks in other areas of the kitchen in addition to their grill stations.

Key responsibilities:

1. TABLESIDE GRILLING EXPERTISE

2. Perform tableside grilling with skill and showmanship

3. Grill meats to customer specifications (rare, medium, well-done, etc.)
4. Execute proper grilling techniques for different cuts and preparations

5. Tell engaging stories about Korean BBQ traditions and meat preparation
