BBS Collections Manager

The BBS Collections Manager is responsible for leading and managing the collections strategy and operations for the Business Banking Segment. This role ensures timely recovery of dues, minimizes delinquencies, and maintains portfolio health while balancing customer and business relationships, and regulatory compliance.

How you'll contribute

• Develop and implement a robust collections strategy tailored to MSME customer behavior and risk profiles.
• Collaborate with Credit, Risk, and Business teams to align collections goals with overall portfolio objectives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as DPD buckets, recovery rates, and NPL ratios.
• Oversee day-to-day collections operations across early, mid, and late-stage buckets.
