Job Description Job Description Somewhere Over the Spectrum is a new holistic Autism Center located in Berlin, CT with a very unique and individualized approach to Autism Services. We are looking to add full time and per diem BCBA's to our team that are just as unique and holistic as our approach. Finding the best fit for our company is of the utmost importance, so we do want to take time to build a relationship and ensure that our intentions and approach align. Somewhere Over the Spectrum offers a variety of different programs, one being our Center-Based Early Childhood Autism Program for children ages 16 months to 6 years of age, in which children are immersed in a naturalistic environment that mirrors that which they would encounter in a typical preschool or Kindergarten.
