At Devereux as a **BCBA** , you will impact the individuals you are working with by unlocking their full potential on a daily basis. This is a 12-month position specializing in evidence-based behavior change for students with disabilities.
What you will do as a BCBA:
+ Provide direct assistance to educational staff, administrators, behaviorists, students and parents in the areas of behavior change using Applied Behavior Analysis and addressing challenging behaviors of students attending Devereux schools.
+ Provide individual and group trainings; conduct and support functional behavior assessments and analyses; develop positive behavior support plans; ensure fidelity of implementation of behavior plans
