BD Manager, Europe region

Job Responsibilities:

• Strategize and execute localized promotion plans for the platform’s contracts, targeting high-potential crypto channels, agents, and influential KOLs in any European countries.
• Act as the main point of contact for regional channels, agents, and KOLs, managing partnerships, feedback, and coordination to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Collaborate with growth operations and regional partners to create and implement campaigns that drive user acquisition, optimize conversion rates, and increase trading volume for contract products.
• Lead efforts to expand local market presence through business development, securing brand partnerships, resource exchanges, and strategic collaborations.
• Achieve team KPIs, including targets for user growth, trading activity, and market penetration in the EU region.
