Job Description

This position is designed to significantly grow new business for the Company within Philippines, with a focus on opening new customer accounts. A key role is to lead and motivate the Company’s sales team to meet overall sales and profit objective. Coordinate and align with Group’s business development directives.

Responsibilities

• Continuously build a strong sales pipeline of new customers and new business.
• Manage Key Accounts to meet sales growth and profit objectives set by management.
• Play a leading role in strengthening key customer relationships, and in customer issue resolutions.
• Work with management to implement sales related tools and initiatives driven by Group.
• Work closely with internal teams to provide professional service to satisfy external customers needs & requirements.
