BD Manager

Our client, a well-established insurance and financial services organization, is seeking an Account Manager to to oversee a team, manage key client accounts, and drive revenue growth.

This role combines people leadership, client relationship management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives
• Ensure achievement of sales, premium, and commission targets
• Maintain strong client relationships and handle escalated concerns
• Support new business growth and client retention
• Oversee team performance, reporting, and compliance
• Represent the company in client meetings and presentations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, Insurance, or related fields preferred)
• Life or Non-Life Insurance Certification (IC or IIAP)
