The Role

You'll own our BDC operation from the ground up.
This means taking calls yourself, setting the standard, and building a team that crushes goals every single day.
You'll lead a small, focused team of BDC reps in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where every call matters and every lead counts.

This isn't a desk job.
You're on the phones, coaching in real-time, and working hand-in-hand with sales, service, and management to maximize every opportunity that comes through our doors.
