SourceTeK (A Portfolio Company of Services Tree) We are seeking a results-driven BDE/Cold Caller to promote our recruitment services to US clients during their business hours. This role focuses on cold calling, lead generation, and closing recruitment service contracts with US companies.
Location & Schedule
Location: Johar Town, Lahore (Onsite)
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (US Business Hours)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Outreach:
Make outbound calls daily to potential US clients
Promote SourceTeK's recruitment and staffing services to US businesses
Engage with HR managers, hiring managers, and business decision-makers
Generate qualified leads through cold calling and LinkedIn outreach
Present recruitment solutions and explain our service offerings
Build and maintain strong client relationships
