Minimum 3 Years (Upwork Bidding & Proposal Writing)

We are looking for an experienced
Business Development Executive (Upwork)
who can generate business through strategic bidding and high-converting proposals for IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify relevant projects on Upwork (Web, Mobile App, Custom Software)
• Write customized, winning proposals
• Communicate with clients professionally
• Handle follow-ups and convert leads into projects
• Maintain Upwork profile metrics (JSS, response rate, etc.)
• Coordinate with technical teams for requirement gathering
