BDM - Mortgage sector (Sydney)

Our client is an established player in the private lending space, offering a variety of credit options that use real estate as collateral. Their suite of products includes short-duration loans, financing for development projects, ongoing loan structures and bridging-style facilities.

They are now seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive broker engagement across a diverse suite of mortgage and specialist lending products. With approximately 40 staff nationally across Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne, you will join a business development team of 11.

The Role:
As a BDM, you will play a key role in expanding and supporting the broker network, focusing on building strong relationships with mortgage brokers to drive loan volume across the region. You will act as a trusted partner and product expert, helping brokers grow their businesses while increasing lending activity for the organisation.
