BDO's National Office seeks a full-time Accounts Payable Administrator to enhance its finance team. Your role will be essential in managing invoice accuracy, auditing, and communications with suppliers. You will also assist in the closure of financial periods and improve process efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and verify invoices for timely payments
• Audit expense reports to ensure compliance
• Manage corporate credit card transactions and payments
• Perform EIB integration for accounts payable
• Serve as a liaison with suppliers and BDO offices
Requirements:
• College diploma or degree in accounting
• Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
• Proficient in MS-Office, especially Excel
