Take the next step in your accounting career at BDO as an Intermediate Accountant specializing in Cloud Accounting Services, located in Sault Ste. Marie or Sudbury.
In this role, you'll be responsible for various accounting tasks, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll management. Your expertise will contribute to financial statement preparation, month-end and year-end closes, along with ensuring compliance through organized documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day client accounting operations
• Prepare detailed financial statements and journal entries
• Participate in month-end and year-end financial activities
• Maintain documentation for audits and compliance checks
• Communicate with clients to answer questions effectively
Requirements:
• Accounting or Finance degree or diploma
• 1-2 years of related accounting experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
