The Private Bank sales/service model involves a Senior Private Banker (SPB) or Private Banker (PB) who is directly responsible for day‑to‑day client interface, supported by an Associate Private Banker (APB) / Associate Relationship Manager who serves as the primary service contact for BDO PB clients.

As the primary service contact, the APB/AR Manager engages with clients to deepen relationships and assists the Senior PB/PB with administrative areas such as client onboarding, account servicing, transaction processing, report generation, and sales/account information management.
