Role: A well-established, global ERP partner is preparing to expand its UK sales team and is therefore seeking a BDR manager to come on board and manage a small team of BDR’s whilst also getting involved with outbound lead generation activities. You will be tasked with coaching the BDR’s, defining strategy, developing lead generation outreach, reviewing GTM strategy and getting involved with setting up appointments for the field sales team. Targeting mid-market organisations across sectors such telco/media, financial services, software/technology, wholesale/distribution, manufacturing etc. The ideal candidate will be methodical, diligent and resourceful with experience working within a commercial SAAS environment in an SDR/BDR manager capacity.
