Job Description

  • Working location: CLUBMED Borneo, Sabah
  • Providing solution after the skincare analysis, followed by performing facial and body treatment and provides consultancy on best homecare products to customers.

  • Handle appointments and walk in customers in the salon, to achieve monthly sales target.

  • Provides front counter operations in handling telephone enquiries, arrange appointments, issue bills after treatment/products purchased by customers.

  • Manage enquiries either through walk in or phones, provides troubleshooting information, manage customers complaints and report customers' information and needs.
