Beauty Advisor

KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Greet and engage customers with a warm and approachable manner.

· Provide one-on-one skincare consultations based on customer needs, skin type, and concerns.

· Recommend suitable skincare products and educate customers on proper usage.

· Drive sales by meeting or exceeding personal and store sales targets.

· Stay updated on product knowledge, skincare trends, and ingredient benefits.

· Participate in regular product training sessions.

· Confidently explain product benefits, ingredients, and application techniques.

· In-Store Maintenance

· Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing display.

· Monitor stock levels and replenish displays as needed.

· Conduct basic skincare demos or testers with hygiene protocol.

· Collect customer feedback and insights to share with the brand/trade team.

· Support in reporting sales data or inventory concerns.
