ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve monthly sales target
• Follows proper grooming and guidelines as an ambassador of the brand
• Maintaining a healthy KPI – UPT / ATV
• Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Manages stock inventory; practicing FIFO and ensuring that all stocks are available at any given time
• Responsible for ordering stock and requesting necessary supplies in the assigned store.
• Maintains outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards; recommends display items that match customer needs
• Compiles and submits required daily, weekly, and monthly reports such as sales, inventory, and copies of invoices
• Be able to present the product information accurately such as product features and benefits
• With a pleasing personality, friendly, helpful, confident, and an engaging personality
