Job Details:

• Available Locations: Island wide, depending on outlet vacancy
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Team Commission
• Retail Working Hours: Shift Work (included weekends and public holidays)

• Sales and performance: Drive sales targets, manage store performance, and lead a team to achieve business goals.
• Client experience: Deliver exceptional client service, build client loyalty through relationship management, and uphold luxury service standards.
• Team leadership: Coach, develop, and manage a team of beauty professionals.
• Operations: Oversee all aspects of retail operations and store management.

Requirement:

• Minimum GCE N/O Level qualification or equivalent
• At least 2 years' experience in a supervisory or team-lead role, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or spa environment
