Roles & Responsibilities

Description

• Main duty is to handle Shop sales
• Handle customer's enquiries, booking of appointment and receiving customers upon arrival
• Identify customers needs and recommend suitable products and treatments to customer
• Arrange all clients treatments and assist when required
• Manage whole shop staffs and shop sales*
• Staffs management - manage, coach, motivate sales, feedback to achieve KPI
• Customers management - service satisfaction/complaint and others

Requirements:

• Must be able to manage facial and body sales
• Min 3 years Sales Manager of Beauty salon line working experience is a Must
• Hard Working, willing To Learn
• Proactive and Committed
• Self-motivated and Independant

Others

• Work hours : 11:30am - 8:30pm
• Work days : 5- 6 off day a month
• Location: Near MRT - CDP Area
