Beauty Store Manager (S3000-S3500 + Allowances + Commission)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of Beauty Advisors , ensuring high standards of service and performance
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
• Oversee the maintenance of the equipment, and inventory to ensure a clean, safe, and well-stocked environment
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with the wider team to contribute to the overall success and growth of the business

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience
