(Beauty & Wellbeing) Content & Affiliate Manager

Content Scope:

-Work closely with Brand Manager & Assistant Brand Manager to define end-to-end content strategy aligned with global brand vision and local market dynamics- Collaborate & brief creative/social agencies for social first campaign ideas to deliver meaningful content at scale to enhance brand relevancy.

- Embed social-first thinking across all campaigns, ensuring content is designed for E-commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee, etc.)

-Own creation of high-performing self-selling videos (short-form, native, creator-style content)

-Work closely with Social & PR team, and Dcom KAM for content execution on platforms.

Affiliate Scope:

-Establish strong relationship/connection with Top Beauty Creators, influencers in the market to become direct partners with Unilever

- Working with Top KOLs/creators to identify target, investment, exchange benefit to deliver quarterly business agenda
