Empower positive change within communities as a Restorative Justice Worker focused on implementing restorative practices and facilitating training programs. Engage cross-culturally while supporting transformative justice initiatives.
As a vital team member, you will work in a full-time capacity to coordinate restorative justice efforts in various Indigenous communities. A solid foundation in social or justice-related arenas, along with excellent communication skills and knowledge of relevant legal systems, will lead to success in this position. Experience in public speaking and training delivery is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and report on community initiatives
• Organize and deliver training programs
• Facilitate Restorative Justice Circles for participants
