Behavior Technician (Part Time 12:30-6:30)

At CCBS, behavior technicians carry real clinical responsibility. You are the person implementing each client's program, measuring their growth, and building the kind of trusted relationship that person-centered care depends on.

Day to day


+ Implementing individualized skill-building programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)

+ Collecting behavioral data every session to track progress

+ Working with clients through structured activities and play

+ Communicating with your clinical team and the families you serve

+ Keeping your therapy space clean and organized


What we need from you


+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ 18+ years old

+ Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation (up to 40 miles/day between clients)

+ Available Monday–Friday, 12:30–6:30 PM

+ Completion of CA LiveScan and background check
