Behavioral Health Care Manager

Mindoula Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Care Manager to work with us full-time & remotely from anywhere within the United States. Mindoula's teams of Care Managers, supported by technology including a mobile engagement app, proprietary psychometrics, and predictive analytics, are the key to its success!

How you'll contribute:
+ Efficiently accept patient handoffs from an Intake Care Manager and seamlessly continue care.

+ Develop rapport with patients to create a safe therapeutic environment and assist them in developing insight into themselves, their patterns, and their relationships.

+ Encourage patients to express feelings and discuss what is happening in their lives, assisting them in developing insight into themselves and their relationships.

+ Guide patients in developing skills and/or strategies for managing problems and triggers to increase relapse prevention and reduce risk.
