Job Description

LCSW / LMHC – Behavioral Health Consultant | Angola, IN
 $80K–$100K + $10K Bonus | No Weekends

Work directly with medical providers in a team-based clinic, delivering real-time behavioral health support through brief, focused sessions.

What You’ll Do:
Same-day consults + patient visits

Assess, diagnose, and treat

Brief therapy + crisis support

Collaborate with physicians
Comp & Benefits:
$80K–$100K base

$10K sign-on bonus

Requirements:
LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAC

Master’s degree required
