Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Behavioral Health RN – Nights for their Centreville, IL location. Responsibilities:
+ CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention With Advanced Physical Skills (APS) is required for this role
+ The Registered Nurse (RN) manages and coordinates the nursing care activities during the client's hospitalization in accordance with organization policies and procedures.
+ This includes assessment, diagnosis, planning and establishing outcomes, implementation, and evaluation.
+ Based on this process, the RN directs and is responsible for other personnel involved in client care.
+ The RN maintains professional accountability for all nursing care provided to clients in the organization.
+ Demonstrates competency in nursing judgment.
+ Maintains awareness of economic barriers of health care and acts accordingly.
