The experienced Behavioral Health Tech, BHT, is responsible and accountable for assisting the RN in inpatient care. Under the supervision of the RN, the BHT will help patients with their activities of daily living. The BHT is also an active participant in daily shift rounds and the treatment plan process and will assist in creating and maintaining a therapeutic environment.
