Position: Behavioural Mentor
Location: Primary, secondary and 6th Form schools in the local area
Placement Types: long-term and potential permanent roles
Skills & Qualifications Needed:
Proven experience in working with children or young people with behavioural challenges (e.g., in a school, residential, or youth setting)
Strong communication and de-escalation skills
Patience, empathy, and resilience when working with students who require additional support
