About the role
The Behaviour Support Facilitator plays a key role in
supporting and developing high-quality service delivery within the Whaikaha
team. Working closely with the Clinical Psychologist and wider
multidisciplinary team, this role supports individuals and groups with complex
needs through evidence-based behavioural assessment and intervention.
You will provide leadership in Positive Behaviour Support
(PBS), build capability across the team, and contribute to equitable,
culturally responsive services that improve outcomes for Māori and all
communities.
