Behavioural Therapist

The Behavioural Therapist is responsible for supporting neurodiverse students to achieve their social, emotional, behavioural, and learning goals within an inclusive international school environment. Working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and specialist staff, the role focuses on implementing evidence-based behavioural strategies, developing individual support plans, promoting positive behaviour, and enhancing students’ independence, regulation, and engagement in school life. The Behavioural Therapist plays a key role in ensuring students are supported holistically, enabling them to access the curriculum, build meaningful relationships, and thrive academically and personally.

• Implement behavioural interventions for students with intensive and complex needs. These include Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) and other intensive and individualised interventions for students with complex social-emotional needs.
