Title: Sr Specialist/Lead -Learning & Development
Shift: 2 PM-12 AM IST

Required Skill sets
Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in a Learning & Development role, with a significant and demonstrable focus on behavioral and soft-skills training.
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating behavioral change interventions.
Spearhead the full-cycle facilitation and direct hands-on delivery of all core behavioral training programs
Partner with HR Business Partners, department heads, and senior leadership to conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) focused on identifying critical behavioral skill gaps
Design, deliver, and manage high-impact behavioral training programs for employees across the organization, with a specific focus on areas like leadership development, communication, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and teamwork.
