Required Skill sets

• Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in a Learning & Development role, with a significant and demonstrable focus on behavioral and soft-skills training.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating behavioral change interventions.
• Spearhead the full-cycle facilitation and direct hands-on delivery of all core behavioral training programs
• Partner with HR Business Partners, department heads, and senior leadership to conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) focused on identifying critical behavioral skill gaps
