Job Description• Assisting of customers with their bags and luggages • Courteously greeting customers and provide them high quality service• Escorting guests to their respective hotel rooms• Occasionally park and retrieve guest's vehicle• Assisting the customers with their needs• Explaining to the customers the hotels rules, showing them how to use hotel facilities, room features such as TV, Radio, and BathtubsJob Requirement• Minimum PMR• Ability to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia• Pleasant personality
