Job Description
• Assisting of customers with their bags and luggages
• Courteously greeting customers and provide them high quality service
• Escorting guests to their respective hotel rooms
• Occasionally park and retrieve guest's vehicle
• Assisting the customers with their needs
• Explaining to the customers the hotels rules, showing them how to use hotel facilities, room features such as TV, Radio, and Bathtubs
Job Requirement
• Minimum PMR
• Ability to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Pleasant personality
