Bell Attendant Job Summary The Bell Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests of the hotel, ensuring their luggage is delivered to and from their room in a timely fashion, and generally creating a positive and welcoming environment for guests. Bell Attendant Duties Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner Assist guests with luggage and other items Provide directions and information to guests Perform general housekeeping tasks, such as vacuuming and cleaning Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions Bell Attendant Skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage Excellent organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
