TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Bell Logger Operator at Rutland Sawmill, Mpumalanga.
Job Summary
This role involves the safe and efficient operation of Bell logging equipment at the sawmill, including daily equipment inspections, manoeuvring machinery in tight spaces, and maintaining constant awareness of surroundings while coordinating with team members to support safe and productive operations.
Responsibilities And Duties
Check fuel, oil and brake fluid levels along with conducting a 360-degree inspection at the beginning of each workday to ensure it is safe to start equipment and move freely to required location
Use all machines proficiently to get tasks done while navigating vehicles through tight spaces
Remain attentive at all times, employing hand-eye coordination and multitasking skills such as operating equipment while observing signals from colleagues
Qualifications And Skills
Matric / Grade 12
