Bellman

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bellman at our Renaissance hotel located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Bellman will assist guests upon arrival and departure, manage luggage handling, and provide information about the property and its services. Additional responsibilities include maintaining guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service, offering directions, and supporting the front desk with receptionist duties as required.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
Customer Service experience and a genuine interest in ensuring guest satisfaction
Experience with luggage handling and receptionist duties in a professional setting
Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting and transporting luggage safely
Willingness to participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and courteous demeanor
