Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bellman at Riviera Mansion Hotel, located in Metro Manila. The Bellman will assist in providing exceptional guest services by helping with luggage, greeting guests upon arrival and departure, and responding to guest inquiries. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a welcoming presence in the hotel lobby, assisting with directions, and working closely with the front desk and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively and professionally with guests
Experience in Receptionist Duties and handling Luggage to manage guest needs efficiently and courteously
Ability to follow Training guidelines and protocols to maintain high standards of service
A friendly and approachable demeanor with strong problem-solving skills
