Bellman/Valet

A Bellman / Valet is responsible for assisting guests with their luggage, providing excellent customer service, and safely parking and retrieving vehicles to ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure
• Assist guests with carrying luggage to and from rooms
• Provide information about hotel facilities and nearby attractions
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles
• Monitor driveway and lobby entrance area
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the entrance area
• Respond promptly to guest requests

Qualifications:

• College grad
• pleasing appearance and personality
• With or without experience (experience in hotel service is an advantage)
• Valid driver's license (for valet role)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Trustworthy and responsible
