Ben looking for a babysitter or nanny in Toronto

We are a professional couple looking for someone to spend some time with our creative, intelligent, caring and inquisitive 5 year old son. He is an only child.
He has a regular bedtime 7pm and is a good sleeper. Would need occasional help with bedtime (if that is when we need the help). We are fairly flexible and want someone how our son likes to spend time with and becomes so one who he can develop a relationship with.
