Bench Sales Specialist

Bench Sales Recruiter | UK IT Staffing
We are seeking a high-energy, result-oriented Bench Sales Recruiter to join our UK Staffing division. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing our internal pool of highly skilled IT consultants (our Bench) to Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients across the United Kingdom.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the UK IT contract market, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proven track record of placing consultants in high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities
Consultant Marketing: Proactively market our Bench consultants (Java Developers, Data Engineers, DevOps, etc.) to your established network and new contacts in the UK market.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 Vendors, Prime Vendors, and Implementation Partners (like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, etc.) within the UK region.
